Return & Hygiene Policy
iBrush365® is a personal oral care product. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products.
• If the protective hygienic seal (thin film wrap) is opened or removed, the product is considered used and is not eligible for return.
• If the seal is NOT removed and the product remains in unused, original condition, the customer may return it at their expense within 14 days of delivery.
• Shipping costs for unopened returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is defective or not functioning properly, please contact us at (email). The customer may send the product back using USPS First Class Mail. Once inspected and confirmed to be free of physical damage, misuse, or accidental breakage, we will send a replacement unit. Replacement includes the device only, not accessories.
